Managing Director
The Managing Director plays a crucially important role in the operation of NCEL. He will immediately be in charge of:
- Expanding NCEL’s global markets and overseeing the company’s finances and supply chain.
- Making smart choices that support the goals of the organization.
- Creating and executing operational policies for a sizable export-focused organization while skillfully balancing them with a strategic plan.
It would be advantageous to have expertise in a variety of business and management fields, industry experience, leadership abilities, and an understanding of the export market and the associated processes.
Qualification: An MBA degree from IIM, IIT, or a prestigious management institution.
Experience Required: A minimum of 20 years of work experience out of which 10 years in handling international marketing and a minimum of 5 years as head of international market in a large export house. A thorough knowledge of export procedure and an understanding of the global market is desirable.
Age Limit: Preferred 45 to 55 years.
Cooperative Head
NCEL aims to select a Co-operative Head to enable Cooperative Departmental officers (both Serving and Retired), having a wide experience in the co-operative sector, to join them.
Qualification :
- Post Graduate/ Bachelor's degree in Law; or
- Post graduation in Economics/ Agri-Business/ Rural Management/ Co-operative Management
Work Experience: Serving or Retired Class-1 or Group -A Gazetted Officers of Central or State Government Co-operative Departments, having at least 25 years' working experience of co-operative sector with proven track record and with 5 years post qualification experience in supervisory/ executive capacity in the areas of cooperative law, co-operative principles, dispute resolutions and management of Co-operative Societies.
Age Limit: Not above the age of 62 years
