NCEL is authorized to procure & purchase products and commodities from across the country and with the support of all Ministries through their export-related policies, schemes, and agencies following the 'Whole of Government Approach; would undertake exports of all goods and services produced by cooperatives and related entities throughout the world, profitably and sustainably.
